Trucks and Trains
This is a truck I made for a friend's son.
I designed it to be either a flat bed or tanker.
It is made of scrap material I had in my shop. The tank was a tree limb that I turned to shap. You can tell that the cab is construction 2x material The wheels and axles were bought. I'm not mad enough to try and make wheels when I can buy them so cheaply.
The problem with this truck was that his mother didn't want him to play with it because it was "too nice." It continually amazes me that you can throw something together and people will treat it like something precious.
Pattern came from Scroll Saw Magazine.
